Pros

As compared to many other restaurants in the Boulder/Niwot area, Colterra can boast a well qualified front of house. Most of its servers are professional career servers who have many collective years in the restaurant industry. If someone is receptive it is possible to learn a lot from this group of people/find community among them.

Cons

The management in the past has been consistently turning over while the core front of house tends to remain the same.
