Good, hard working people in most areas. Competitive products when production is allowed to run efficiently. Lots of great talent, but not being utilized.
Cons
Employees are run into the ground with limited resources and limited training, forced to take on multiple roles without compensation. Exceptional efforts are met with indifference. Promotions do not align with skills and experience. Top employees are seeking other opportunities outside the company. New ERP software is not working properly yet very little effort to get the right talent in place to fix. Customer order fulfillment is diminishing quickly.
