Cons
A micro-managing culture, unfortunately stemming from the very top. Leadership lacks experience, which becomes increasingly evident. Numerous missed opportunities in product development, leaving the company feeling outdated. Personally, I have little trust in the CEO and executive team. Their lack of transparency and overly apparent “games” undermine confidence in their leadership. I’m writing this review here because I’ve already shared my concerns internally, but little has changed. It’s disheartening to see the company struggling, especially as previous reviews are outdated and don’t reflect the current state. change is needed. It’s a shame, as there is potential here.
