Lots of projects and internal priorities

Great at marketing things. Some of the original founders (from Harvard) were technically and scientifically top notch.

The turnover is very high. Most of the initial team (including top leadership and 2nd level leadership) were let go. There is a lot of internal conflict and distrust as a result. There is a lot of hype that is built around some of the work.
