You don't need to lesson plan, the projects are already planned out! There are options to work in the studio or offsite for birthdays/ backyard lessons Cassie (the owner) is EXTREMELY organized and clear about what you need to do
Cons
Sometimes you need to prepare the materials for the projects (ex. cutting out pieces of paper, putting supplies together in a bin if you go offsite) which you don't get paid for.
