Unkind and cutthroat company - Territory Representative Coloplast Employee Review

Cutthroat and show no loyalty or care for employees if senior management want to make changes or remove employees from the business. Don't like things being done differently or people that don't fit into the coloplast mould. Not understanding of individual situations and set unreasonable targets. Pretend to have respect for their customers but only care about money. Don't pay you if extra sick days are taken. Readily throw employees under the bus if it suits their objectives/team rearrangement. Pretend to be open to new ideas but are actually rigid.
