      Pros

      Some family run companies can be a disaster, with nepotism and direction fostered by the family's selfish interests. Not here, While my position was not in the UK where the company is located, the owners are clearly trying to do the right thing. The Americas office is run by good people and has a truly international contingent that is rare for American companies. No company is perfect and this one has its struggles. The work isn't always the most exciting but the people are good and some stay for a long time.

      Benefits, decent pay, U.K. holidays if you're in the U.S.

      Cons

      Hybrid work schedule. You'll be in the office on a Zoom call, sitting next to the people you're on a Zoom call with.
