Pros
Lots of time off. Like, literally months per year if you use all your vacation, sick time, personal time, and get on the FMLA scam that 60% of the employees use. Sign on bonus. They can't make you work overtime and they are legitimately scared to ask.
Cons
The pay is a joke. You can make more at Costco.
