Pros
Stable. Great culture. Nearly everyone I've worked with here genuinely cares about not just getting it done but getting it done right. Coworkers willing to help you learn, many opportunities to move around or move up over time, opportunities to learn new skills if you are proactive. COVID vaccination is a condition of employment (could be a pro or a con depending on your personal views, so I list it under both).
Cons
Slow: Work on projects that execute over the course of years, not months. If you are assigned to a program or team that you're not crazy about, it's going to be a long haul. Process: Drowning in process. So many inefficiencies in processes and just the sheer number of processes and departments involved make it time-consuming, expensive, and often frustrating to try to get anything done.
