Pros
A paycheck, if you get one. Ever since UTC outsourced payroll with a third party, the whole payroll system is upside down. And they could care less when you get paid.
Cons
Their customer service (also outsourced to a third party) is a maze of tiers. People Services just escalates to departments that don't have the resources to solve your problem and then it keeps going in circles.
