Pros
There are not many pros in working for these people, to be sure. You get to learn how to paint, and get good exercise. That's about it.
Cons
Horrible pay. No training, (although their clever ads pretend and suggest otherwise). Horrible and useless management, quick night-time text messages (blurted and impolite, impersonal) to send you to your next assignment. The work is strenuous and long. Breaks and lunch are not suggested, YOU have to ask for them, whilst management and supervisors often stuff their faces and take off while you remain to do the work. Run by college kids, (no offence to the young) but that's what one might expect for a company run by children. Oh, and getting texts and such returned to you... good luck, very slow.
