Pros

- They take safety somewhat seriously - Opportunity to move up in the company

Cons

- "Budget System" rarely works, usually are paid minimum wage or slightly above. - Rushed paint jobs, never got to spend time and do a good job, rather it was about how many homes we could knock out in a short period of time. - Poor training led to several mistakes that cost time - Working long shifts into the night, typically going home exhausted - Expect you to do things without pay such as, 'training events,' and marketing. - Unpaid lunches - Required to drive to different houses that could be over 30 min without compensation -Inexperienced staff that cant answer questions. - You are responsible for not only painting but, pressure washing, canvassing, and basically doing everything the Franchisee should be doing.

Hi there, thank you for your feedback. We're concerned to hear that you have complaints about the training and compensation. We do our best to make sure our franchisees are setting clear expectations and preparing their people, and it seems like this was not the case for you - which sucks. We wish you all the best in your future, and will take everything you've said seriously.

Pros

- Uncapped earning and personal development - Be your own boss - Insurance, branding, and direction

Cons

- This is often seen as a great opportunity during school years, but it is a large learning curve and time commitment to get the business started. Time budgets were critical for success - Often battling reviews - easily won over if you show the potential customer that they need to see and trust you as your own franchisee, not the reviews of other franchisees. - Royalty was significant early on.
