      Self starter needed, but given some wrong advice - Owner Operator College Pro Employee Review

      Pros

      Allows you to run a business through pretty much all aspects

      Cons

      They have given me some blatantly wrong advice, such as telling me the wrong minimum wage, and not taking responsibility for telling me so and having me pay employees that for a few weeks. And "I'm not telling you what to do" but said I could just increase it now without saying anything. Also they didn't get me my checks for employees for a month which caused problems, this was after I paid for them.

      - Uncapped earning and personal development - Be your own boss - Insurance, branding, and direction

      Cons

      - This is often seen as a great opportunity during school years, but it is a large learning curve and time commitment to get the business started. Time budgets were critical for success - Often battling reviews - easily won over if you show the potential customer that they need to see and trust you as your own franchisee, not the reviews of other franchisees. - Royalty was significant early on.
