Pros
free icream...... and i think thats it. oh and tips. plus time flies by. the coldstone i worked at was in the mall so that was cool.
Cons
The singing is not necessary at all., some people could tip you for just making thier icream quickly. The place gets dirty really quick and everything is sticky. The icecream smell overwhelms you to a point where you just don't feel like eating icecream for a while. and its hard to get the smell out. Somtimes customers change their mind too qucik and you have to take something out. or they want you to make a somehing really hard with numerous toppings and then tell you last minute to change it. Dishes are not washed well because they want you to be fast. . Sometimes you waste icecream because of the milkshakes. Its also very cold in there. You have to be very peppy. idk everything just feels dirty and grimy especially the floor. The number 1 thing i would have to say is The hiring process was wierd. you would so training and then wait 3 weeks then they would tell you to work when theres hours availabel then they would have a meeting about you. Not paid enough
