The company has struggled to migrate to new technologies such SQL Databases and .NET. Outdated practices. Closed culture and difficult for newbies to fit in. There is a bias against employing experience professionals. Not open to learning new methods or listening to new ideas. Generally speaking the company doesn't employ professional managers. Poor Quality control.
