Communication is awful on the production side. Middle management/Supervisors don’t seem to care. Innovation by production workers is stifled at the supervisor/middle management level, or credit for the innovation is taken by management/supervisors. There are a lot of workers who have been around a long time and are adverse to change. Management has mislead workers in many ways. There is a general feeling of being out-of-the-loop for a lot of workers
