Pros
It's a job an a steady paycheck until you can find something else.
Cons
The company only cares about profit. Don't get me wrong I know profit is what keeps everything going but they really don't care about the employees. Management will not take responsibility for anything and you cannot get a raise to save your life. I have been trying for a year and my supervisor keeps giving me the same old line, " let's look at it in 90 days" meanwhile he sure isn't doing without his raises.
