Pros
- You develop good experience, especially if you are a new grad (like myself when I joined) and decide to work at a fast-paced environment such as this one. - The tech stack is good and you get learn to adapt to change quickly. - I was lucky to have fairly good teammates. Can't speak for others though.
Cons
- The amount of work you receive is very erratic. Some days you have absolutely no work at all, and other days you are given a huge amount of work which you are expected to handle right away. - Minor mistakes are affect your rating very harshly. - The the yearly hikes received are not great. - Felt undervalued and underappreciated. - 24/7 availability is expected. You are expected to drop whatever you are doing and get in front of your laptop if something goes wrong. - 5 days a week office policy.
