Pros
Great people to work with, managers are great and actually care about not only the company but also their teams. Flexible work schedule, lot of help for people just starting out in the industry, but there is a LOT of information to learn.
Cons
I was unfortunately let go as part of a big layoff but I don't hold it against them, it's business at the end of the day and they had to answer to their stakeholders. I do wish they were more transparent about it because we were all blindsided.
The pay was decent but kind of low compared to rest of industry. The healthcare benefits were not good initially but got better over time.
