There is definitely favoritism. They say the job is 90% phones but some people who are in a training class with maybe have like 5-10% phone time and most offline time. So when they get QA scores it’s based on all the easier, offline functions, which allow them to move up quickly. I’m already seeking other employment and I hate to say that because I genuinely love my job but the company culture says it’s one way but doesn’t really operate that way. I hope they will work that out so that they can actually be so much better.
