Pros

Free access to learning platforms like Udemy and the Cognizant Academy makes it a great launching pad for beginners. Work-Life Balance (WLB): Generally favorable, though highly dependent on your specific project and manager.

Cons

Lower Starting Pay: Base salaries for freshers and entry-level employees are often considered below industry standards compared to some competitors.

Pros

It was a much needed check in a time of need

Cons

Management seemed uneducated. I dnt know about cognizant as a whole but their eligibility department needs help. They focus on the things that do no matter. They were at risk of losing this contract, so now it’s whatever they client says, they do…no push back including making us do disability cases, that we had no previous knowledge of. In the beginning I was getting OT like crazy. Then they stopped it talking about it wasn’t in there budget, and at times when we needed someone to work/stay late. They are not consistent and the other employees there, are looking for other positions, too. Not to mention, myself and another employee were the only ones there for the longest. It’s a mess.
