Too much to list, a very toxic work environment.

The team here are excellent! Everyday I definitely learn something new. I love the motto "a good idea is a good idea no matter where it comes from" and this really rings true here. Exciting things are happening for us this year and all of the team are really champions of the vision! I think the investment in time and sheer determination from everyone is immense. If you like working in a VERY agile way then CogX is brilliant - consistently innovating and solving problems in inventive ways. I really appreciate the amount of accountability I am given, I am free to work through and present back my own solution. We spent the first two weeks of 2022 getting incredibly aligned about how, as an entire team, we can win. It was incredibly valuable and honestly I believe we came out with clarity, purpose and a willingness to drive the product home. Was promoted in the company twice in my two years - I have been mentored and given the opportunity to excel.

Startup life isn't for everyone. You have to be prepared to work hard and sometimes things get a little stressful when we are constantly driving forward at speed. We have processes but they bend slightly when they have too. Meetings don't always have agendas or the right stakeholders so we can miss things at times.
