      Good facalities. Maybe lots of onsite oppurtunities

      Cons

      Not so employee friendly in terms of salary. HR policies not transparent. They taught me java and assigned to the project of UNIX.

      If you like the BPO setup. Then, this is for you.

      Cons

      A BPO setup as an executive assistant is very unlikely. The hiring process is all over the place and, you will likely be managed out if they don't like you.
