Yeah downtown locations can be bittersweet. On the one hand it is where the action is and many of our clients are in walking distance. This is a game changer for our business. Also, the commuting options tend to be better (although Honolulu may be an exception). On the other hand, most downtowns are not vehicle friendly because real estate is at a premium. So hopefully you have an opportunity to explore a different commuting options to alleviate the parking costs. Then again, maybe soon we will all be hopping in Google cars that drive us to work and drop us off with no need to park. They could run our errands for us! Dave Ruff - President
