      Thanks for the review. The con of pay is top of mind. It is disappointing to watch housing prices shoot through the roof along with inflation of many other daily living expenses. Our market is catching up, but engineering has historically been slow to do so. Let's keep going after highly valued work, and provide excellent service, so we can charge accordingly.       Great Company and great office culture! Everyone in our office seems to genuinely enjoy the work they do and the people they work with. The GM really cares about the people here.

      Pros

      Awesome work culture. They are big on getting your work done rather than needing to stay in office longer than necessary. I also got a lot of hands on experience.

      Cons

      Hiring process is a little late in the year ~April for students trying to get internships.
