Cons
Management values money and profit over the quality of everything they sell, forces employees to sign NDA's as to not let customers know about the source of their pastries, continually dismissed concerns as "irrelevant" while price gouging the customers for subpar food and coffee.
Owner is narcissistic and aloof to the realities of running and creating a successful brand. Somehow absent and overbearing, doesn't allow employees who know how to create momentum to do so.
