      Money, projects lasts for year or most of the times less that that so the end to end ownership and all is missing

      Pros

      I really like the env in the office. It is not like my previous company where we were not allowed to speak to people from other team during working hours. Being able to share thoughts with anyone at Coditas during work helps in improving the overall learning and working epxerience

      Cons

      The coffee from the coffee machine is too sweet.
