      Pros

      Trabajo en Coderio hace alrededor de dos años como Python Developer y la verdad que es una muy buena experiencia. Hay proyectos bastante interesantes con clientes grandes, lo que hace que el trabajo sea desafiante y que puedas aprender mucho en el proceso.

      Cons

      Al ser una empresa que trabaja con muchos clientes distintos, a veces las prioridades pueden cambiar rápido según lo que necesite cada proyecto. Eso hace que en algunos momentos haya que adaptarse bastante seguido a nuevos requerimientos o formas de trabajo.

      Working at Coderio has been a great experience over the past two years. One of the biggest advantages is the opportunity to work with large clients and be involved in interesting, technically challenging projects. The environment also encourages professional growth, giving developers the chance to expand their skills and take on new responsibilities as they progress.

      Communication between teams could sometimes be improved to make collaboration smoother across projects.

      My experience at Coderio was excellent. The company truly values teamwork, open communication, and continuous learning. I always felt supported by my leader and encouraged to share ideas and take on new challenges.
