Pros
Management tries hard to make the company feel like a family and they succeed. Everyone can join the company meetings and give their opinion, all my colleagues were nice and were willing to help each other, people get together almost daily for lunch etc. Workplace is relaxed with no strict working hours, the hardware is great and the sysadmin is always there to help. Codeplay gets to work with some pretty big US companies so you may get to work with some really cutting edge (and hard) stuff.
Cons
Not much really. If you enjoy working in a small casual work environment and getting your hand's dirty with compilers, debuggers and the like I don't think you can do much better, at least in the UK.
