      Pros

      Work force management is still a new concept and to work for an organization which is making products in this field is a big pulse. Its a family culture because of small numbers. People know each other well and their is a connect between them. You are respected for your work and your opinion counts.

      Nothing major. Need to build up on Trust of employees!!
