An amazing place to learn. There are a lot of technologies and clients, and you get to taste everything. You are given responsibilities from day one, and are expected to perform (best way to learn). Great people to work with.
Cons
Salaries are profoundly under the market avarage. You are being quantified by the hours you put in, and can be charged for. Owners are cheep. A lot of engineers turnover.
