Pros
I love the culture at C&T Manila. Everyone is so nice, helpful, and collaborative. There is *actually* a workplace where there is little to no politics. Hours are great. We are often able to avoid overtime (at least in my Department). There are times that we have to stay up late for our counterparts in the west but we can adjust our hours anyway so we still only work 8 hours a day. The benefits are great. Our HR team always tries to improve our benefits, especially our HMO. My favorite latest improvement with our healthcare plan is that live-in partners, including same-sex partners, can be included as dependents. Solid.
Cons
I don't get helpful feedback I need for my work sometimes. I'm often left alone with my tasks, but maybe that's just how my role is structured. I also miss my workmates since we are fully remote. I guess this is a positive for most people, but I do miss seeing my workmates sometimes.
