Pros
-Teaching children to code is very rewarding, getting to share moments of epiphany and creativity. -The work environment is well maintained and not overcrowded. -There is a variety of extra-curricular activities that help your work stay fresh.
Cons
-Varying shift availability depending on both season (more work in summer due to summer camp programs) and how full the programs are. -Responsibilities were often vaguely defined leaving wiggle room for things like sanitation, sales, and program development to be perceived as unsatisfactory, despite not being communicated as your responsibility.
