The company lacks professionalism from the top of some departments, with extreme micromanagement and constant job insecurity, even having a permanent contract. Employees are at risk of being fired for voicing concerns or expressing anything. When expressing needs for salary alignment on company’s survey, HR brushes it off by saying “look at what we offer you,” while focusing on benefits like having oat milk in the new coffee machine. Managers kindly ask employees to reveal their anonymous survey responses. They love to show off the “Recharge House” and talk about the company values, the behaviors employees should adopt, and talk about maintaining a culture, but what culture is it really? Toxicity.
