Awesome leadership, Always available at a text, call, or email away. I wasn't sure this was going to work out at first but they are an awesome group of caring people that give me the ability to be flexible. I enjoy the leadership above me as they all seem to care.
Cons
Sometimes I dont know who to report to or who to ask questions to. There are alot of staff. But its not a con really. Who can complain about multitudes of caring management
The owners are "hands on" and have invested a great deal and time and money on hiring, training and retaining their employees. The office environment is engaged, proactive and and everyone works as a team. CoCare cares about their employees and Care about everyones success.
Cons
Not a downside for many. Most work is contacted and flexible. For many Licensed Nurses and Social Workers this type of flexibility allows you to manage your own schedule and income. So it is just what many professions are looking for. Care Management can be full-filling work and requires experience in geriatrics and willing to be in the field doing home visits
