      - Big organization - Stable employer - Career opportunities depend on the function you work; Finance, Commercial and Supply Chain provide many opportunities. PA&C and HR on the other hand have limited options

      Cons

      - Slow moving and hierarchical organization - Office politics really important; it doesn't matter how good you are, if you don't know the right persons - Company culture is very old fashioned
