      Pros

      Company car with unlimited use Well earned Christmas break

      Cons

      Possibly the worst company I have ever worked with. Expected to work insane hours. Totally clueless management. Unionised below par staff. Managers that ignore health and safety to get things done. High levels of Bullying. Extremly poor Hr policies. When i left they had just recieved the results back from their employee setiment survey 32% out of 100%. Don't be fooled by the name these guys are not Coca Cola they are a Greek bottling company pretending to be Coke. Stay away!

      Pros

      High focus on People Development, Career Opportunities and career moves exist if you drive your development and manage your career actively. Opportunities to work cross functionally learn about the business within a short time, good friendships can be cultivated here and a few great leaders to emulate. Possesses a culture of excellence in execution in some functions and projects especially in Sales.

      Cons

      Some leaders still possess a style that's not fully aligned with the company values. Power & Intimidation tactics still permeate some work interactions. Its not overt, but very subtle. Complex processes and ways of working - simple things can become over complicated easily.
