Very good compensation, you can gain a great experience that can help you in the future in another job, always looking for better and cheaper ways to do things, challenge you every time in every position or project.
Cons
Use to be a great place to work, recent changes in the top management of the company has turned the environment unstable, a lot of politics in top levels, employees are seen as expendables, the company is looking to downsize the positions in terms of salary and a large number of people has been fired, right now is a high risk and not profitable.
