      Pros

      Fast adopting, people focused company. There's lots of space to grow for people who take a proactive approach to their own development. Work loads can be high (depending on department), but hard work is acknowledged. Opinions are valued and there is ample support.

      Cons

      There's some inconsistency in what is allowed (flexible working etc), depending on your line manager.

      lack of management focus, often leading to miscommunication. Management can often seem abrupt and log complaints about employees unfairly.
