There are no defined work hours and working late is not your choice, meetings pop up all of a sudden either early in the morning or late after work and you are supposed to live & breath for your work. You’re given excessive work load due to the inability of hiring people according to the company needs. It’s a pity cause the company could have a future but I’m afraid that it’s destroying its greatest assets : the people.
