All about profit Very disjointed efforts Pass the buck mentality Support personnel milking overtime while call volumes are at record levels Management doesn't care enough to dig deep; they just want to know when we can deliver, no matter how bad of a quality Great talent is bleeding out the door No effort to take advice from people that are still here on the past, so mistakes aren't repeated
