Lasted 1 week - Test Engineer Coast Autonomous Employee Review

I was hired with little knowledge about the company, I wish I had read the reviews on here before hand. They are totally 100% accurate. There is no structure to the company and safety is the last thing on their mind. A lot of issues that should have had a clear plan or SOP was non existent for everything, you were the guinea pig. The CTO is very off putting, defensive and confrontational at the slightest murmur of you pointing out the obvious severe issues they have. I was told by the CTO “I told you we don’t have structure”.
