Pros
Since owning and running 2 of my own small businesses and then returning to FT employment, I have had several jobs where the management claimed they wanted me to take ownership of my role and "act like an owner" - but in reality none of them have truly meant it, until I came to Coapt! I have been given a fantastic opportunity to help grow the Sales side of their business and whilst I've been given training, coaching and support, I've also been given the autonomy to learn and earn at my own pace and haven't felt in the slightest bit held back. The people and the culture have been amazing and after just a few months here I feel like a valued and fully integrated member of the team. We have just been on the annual work trip away also, and it was the most fun, chilled and happy experience I've ever had on a work event, which is indicative of the overall culture. They value hard work and dedication but also strive to ensure a good work-life balance and working alongside my Sales Manager has been one of the best experiences of my career to date. The best thing I can say about working at Coapt, is that in a short period of time I have become fully invested in my role here and can't imagine wanting to be anywhere else!
Cons
Commuting in and out of Brighton, like any City, can be challenging but the office location is just enough outside of the busiest areas and easily accessible.
