Pros

No pros that I can think of.

Cons

This place feels like a full blown circus where good people are constantly under stress and afraid to speak up. The owner changes direction nonstop, which creates endless problems and keeps everyone guessing. Management is messy and unorganized, dumping work on people without any plan or clarity. Turnover is wild because leadership is biased and barely values the staff doing the real work. You are expected to figure everything out alone while being overworked and blamed when things go sideways. The constant shuffle of roles, seats, and priorities feeds anxiety and makes it impossible to feel stable or respected. Just go on to a company that will appreciate you and treat you as such an appreciate you and treat you as such an appreciated employee.

Pros

Fellow case managers are great (too bad they're all as overworked, burned out, underpaid, and stressed out as you will be)

Cons

Previous reviews noting poor upper management are absolutely correct. Nepotism and cronyism run rampant, and favoritism is also a huge factor. If you're not "in" with Associate Directors and above, then you're viewed as inconsequential and not treated with basic respect or human decency. Caseloads are astronomically high, and management only cares about meeting numbers, not about actually helping youth or adults seeking workforce assistance. Be prepared to do the job of two or even three employees with high expectations and no support (oh, and training is non-existent: you're just expected to hit the ground running]. Staff safety is also not a priority as we have had several unsafe situations flagged by employees across various sites and they are all handled poorly and/or dismissed. This organization is all talk about their mission with no follow-through. There is a high turnover in staff FOR A REASON. The only highlight here are the genuine people in staff, who care tremendously about servicing others. But even that doesn't make up for the organizational disaster. Please prioritize your wellbeing and DO NOT APPLY HERE.
