Could have better tech and more company event

Small company. Has the feel of a start up despite being in business over 12 years.

Complete and total failure of leadership. Leaders travel all over the country for lunch and dinner meetings with no real business objective. Disconnected board from Korean culture who have no idea what is happening in the U.S. Wasted money on R&D with very little results. Without capital injection from blind investors, company would’ve failed years ago. Employees are laid off with no benefits. New potential candidates should avoid the future turmoil. Stay away!
