Pros
Benefits for full and part time employees. Super discount and enjoyed my co-workers and customers. Overall if you are getting back into the workforce or want to be out of the home, this is a good place to work for. Pay is above average and monthly bonus possible.
Cons
Hard to advance because people stay with the job. Some management training would be great.
