CoLoadX is an ocean freight startup. Management team is involved at all levels, so you never feel under-supported. Willing to give you responsibility and encourage learning to expand your skillset. I'm in marketing but, in startup fashion, I've been able to contribute across the responsibility range. Can be challenging, but in a good way. Progressive work environment. Respectful of your time and responsibilities. Never really feel like you're restricted with what you can do or learn. Opportunity to grow with the company. Feedback is direct, but always with the intent to help improve. Relaxed but driven work environment. Transparent communication.
Cons
As a startup the to-do list can seem daunting, but they emphasize progress so you never really feel like the work is bottomless. Energy is recommended (and management is very energetic).
