perk health benefits perks. however changes coming in 2027 to lower them. good working life balance. since 2026 it is 2 days in the office
Cons
since spring 2025 a lot has changed in the company with almost all Sr. leadership leaving the company (people with the company for 10+ years). now the focus is only on performance and budgets. you have to showcase your value in the company all the time. it is no longer the company it used to be
