      Pros

      Generous holiday entitlement and a decent employer pension contribution. I am a lone worker and enjoy the responsibility of running my own branch.

      Cons

      Too many spreadsheets, trackers, reports etc. Just let me do my job and look after people, and especially stop continually moving the goalposts.

Regarding the spreadsheets, trackers and reports, our Digital team are currently working with teams across the Funeralcare business to introduce new processes so that thee is less time filling in paper work and processes are more efficient for everyone. ^Catherine

      Team got on well, hours weren't particularly harsh (pay not particularly impressive either)

      Cons

      Overworked due to corporate ruthlessly cutting hours (while hiring more staff?), generally piling on more and more work to the store team without considering time constraints, absolutely no opportunity for advancement while a store manager is already there
