2moThank you for sharing your feedback. We’re really pleased to hear that you enjoy working in your local Co-op store, value the team around you, and feel supported by our processes and pay.
We appreciate your comments regarding shift patterns, fairness, and workload. We would always encourage colleagues to raise any concerns directly with their Store Manager, particularly around shift rotation and working beyond contracted hours, so these can be addressed locally and fairly.
While it is true that we encourage colleagues to book holidays in at the start of the holiday year, we do understand things can change. We ask for a minimum of 4 weeks' notice for booking and approval of holidays.
